Description of Opportunity

Maintain the security of the premises by opening
and closing gates, repairing doors, latches and fences, to maintain a safe

GCSE Grades A-C in English and Maths, or equivalent,
Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 Property Maintenance Standard.Learning will be done in the workplace and you will need to attend the College in Hemel Hempstead one day a week during term time. If you need to complete Functional Skills, you will be required to attend College once a week. Apprentices without maths or English at level 1 must achieve this level and take the test for level 2 maths and English before the end of the apprenticeship.

Candidate must be able to travel to Hemel Hempstead 1 day per week for college training.
This job is a physically active role with extended periods of outside working throughout the year; candidates should be reasonably fit to carry out the lifting and carrying tasks that may be involved.
