success continue we are looking for a like-minded individual to join our Admin
Team in Hull, and be ready to working in a fast-paced environment in your role
as Admin Assistant. This will also be a great opportunity for you to learn and
develop new skills that will sharpen your succession within a rapidly growing
organisation and team.
Assistant you will be expected to act as part of the Recruitment Team and as
such your job will involve supporting other members of the team.
Your job is
to provide admin and data entry support at AA Global Language Services Limited.
Tasks and Responsibilities
the end to end process
effectively manage enquiries via phone and e-mail, ensuring that these are
dealt with in a timely, accurate and profession manner
recruiting managers to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with the
progress of their successful candidate
the Linguist Database is accurately maintained at all times
accurate records relating to activity
duties – such as photocopying, scanning, shredding, ordering stationery, post
any other duties appropriate with the post and within the office.
Assistant will demonstrate competence in the following areas:

understand, and respond to the needs of members and clients to meet or exceed
cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and
make decisions to enhance organisational effectiveness; ability to undertake

skills and competencies
Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new
oral and written communication skills

You will be attending 4 weeks on our Traineeship program where you will brush up your CV, preparing for an interview, self-management and customer services skill. During the course you will complete a qualification in English and Maths (up to Functional Skills Level 2) if required, 2 weeks of IT skills and then work placement for the remaining 2 weeks.
successful completion of the course and work placement, there is an opportunity
to undertake a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. Further details
