Description of Opportunity

In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong organisational skills. The ability to manage your own workload and work alone and as part of a team is essential. Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are engaging and that the booking process runs smoothly end to end. Responsibilities: Ensuring that the booking process is completed correctly end to end Managing the booking process, sending out course joining instructions, customer accounts forms and T & C's Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up Submitting training course results to various awarding bodies and ensure that certificates are received and issued to delegates Act as a point-of-contact for candidates and clients Ensuring compliance by following all in-house and awarding bodies’ procedures Dealing with all training enquiries, providing help and advice on the best type of training course as well as pricing quotations Supporting other colleagues with general administration, telephone answering, and with departmental enquiries Update online course data and availability via the company website Liaise with accounts to ensure a prompt and efficient invoicing process
