Administration Assistant will ensure that our day-to-day office tasks and our services including training courses are running smoothly. It’s about working as part of a team, keeping things in order and undertaking clerical and secretarial duties.

Job Summary:

The role will involve working flexible days but mostly 4 days a week between 09:30am – 5:30pm on Monday to Friday, you will be supporting a team of professionals alongside providing full service to our customers.

Annual Leave: as a self-employed contractor, you’re entitled to take unpaid leave by prior notice to your manager.

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the centre.
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries or face to face enquiries. .Coordinating training courses
  • Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. ·Writing letters and emails.
  • Provide information to internal colleagues or external enquirers.
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient. ·Resolve administrative problems.
  • Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
  • Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
  • Coordinating repairs to office equipment.
  • General Administration Assistance.
  • Setting up and clearing up Training Rooms.
  • Refreshment shopping from local shops, Tesco etc.
  • Posting certificates via Post Office and local business.
