Description of Opportunity

Key areas of responsibility:

· Daily processing of orders via E-mail or fax

· Record and action any delivery discrepancies and advise customer at earliest opportunity

· Identify and advise of stock warnings and take action advising planning Team and customer of proposed solution

· Responsibility for liaising with customers regarding order status

· Communicate weekly with Export Team to advise of any issues or update on current order status.

· To arrange deliveries and collections with full communication to customers, 3rd Party Distributor and external hauliers.

· Liaise closely with customers to manage their expectations.

· Ensure all required documentation per order is compiled and completed in time for shipments.

· Managing stock and priotising accordingly.

Be aged between 16-24 Be in receipt of Universal Credit Speak to your job centre work coach to be referred, you will need the post code for the role which is CH46 8XF

Pre-employment course in partnership with PeoplePlus Full on the job training in co-ordination of export sales
At the end of their 6 months they will be a competent in the role and able to provide a high standard of customer service
