Description of Opportunity

We're looking for an Admin Assistant to join our growing team, no experience or qualifications necessary! You will be given full support and training to help you to confidently carry out this role.

The main role of this placement will be to provide a first-class administration service to support the daily operations of the central Taye Training team, including supporting the Executive Assistant in creating learner feedback reports, updating client records, storing course recordings, creating/updating course presentations, answering emails, letters and other communications and/or directing these to the correct staff member.


Working closely with the Director and the Executive Assistant supporting the team and the business, by providing effective administrative support, inputting and checking data for payroll, inputting customer invoices and checking payments made and due.

Assisting in the fulfilment of daily requirements in line with company deadlines; including general administration duties to support the team and ensure customer requirements are met during peak periods and supporting the recruitment and selection of Taye Training consultants and altering schedules where necessary.

Maintaining, updating and creating internal records, analysing and reporting on delegate feedback and proofreading key documents are all part of this role.

This position is home-based, with some visits to Taye Training events expected. Taye supplies homeworkers with the necessary equipment relevant to their job role. Costs incurred in relation to the provision of telephone and internet connections for business use only will be reimbursed by Taye. Taye will reimburse employees for their reasonable expenses (including costs for travelling), subject to agreement from their line manager and the receipt of an expenses form.
