Description of Opportunity

Primary Responsibilities Technical Sales: Action requests from quotations received via email or to management system service board Obtain best prices and services available from suppliers Produce quotes using quotation system Check availability of better connectivity services and packages for existing clients Quoting VoIP and connectivity packages Procurement: Obtain best prices from suppliers for items quoted from preferred suppliers Refer potential suppliers to Management for approval and set up accounts Follow process for ordering Goods in/out: Follow company process for Goods in/out ensuring stock levels are correct Work with Despatcher to ensure all items are assigned for despatch Manage stocks and spares Recycling: Check daily for items brought in for recycling. Confirm customer has agreed recycling and follow process to prepare items for collection Arrange collection and retain hazardous waste certificates Agreements: Draft agreements for approval by Sales Person/Senior staff member Handover approved quotations for agreements to Operations Administrator to ensure agreements are on management system and ready for billing Customers: Develop and maintain ConnectWise (CW) customer database Establish, maintain and develop current and potential client relationships Reporting: Management of CW Sales Dashboard - ensuring it is up-to-date, complete, accurate and consistent (sales pipeline) Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information Additional Responsibilities: Be an effective member of the team, recognising, respecting, and promoting the different roles and diversity of the individuals in the team and presenting a positive impression of the team and the organisation Improve customer service perception and satisfaction Provide cover for the Operations Team on despatch and monitoring of service tickets on Operations board

GCSE Level 4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English Language BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in business or equivalent
Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.You will work towards the following qualifications:Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship StandardFunctional Skills in English and maths (if required)

Good internal progression routes will be available for the successful candidate upon completion of their apprenticeship.
