The JTL Traineeship in construction starts by you attending 8 weeks blended learning, with a mixture of on site classroom face to face delivery, work experience and remote learning. This is where you will gain valuable Employability
skills, Health and safety

determined and professional attitude

You will receive a certificate of completion and
a letter of reference as a minimum, to support future job applications.

On successful completion of the Traineeship you could undertake further
learning to qualify within your chosen trade, you could go on to site
supervisory roles, senior management positions such as Site Engineer or
Contract Engineer with continuous opportunities for the very best candidates to
continue to study at higher levels; including but not exclusive to NVQ 4,5
& 6 Higher apprenticeships and possible Degree level, as well as
professional courses.
