We consult start-ups and scale-ups. It empowers entrepreneurs and investors to transform intellectual properties into successful brands. We are looking for customer support trainees to fulfil roles within the startups we represent. Key responsibilities within the agreed roles include:
- Conduct research into businesses and their industry
- Conduct customer insight interviews to get feedback on products
- Conduct research into business customers for the team to reach out to
- Create customer personas for products based on consumer insight
- Assist in creating campaigns on social media
- Schedule social media posts
- Create email campaigns on mail chimp
- Carry out general business administration work
- Liaise between subcontractors and end clients to ensure customer success

Traineeships are a national government funded programme that is considered to be a pre-apprenticeship programme for learners with little to no work experience, have a requirement for support with English and Maths and employability support. It is made up of some employability skills, vocational training and employer work experience. Our Traineeship programme is 100% online and are available now in the following areas of specialism:

- Team Leading
- Digital Skills for employment

This Traineeship opportunity includes work preparation training, Functional Skills Maths and English support for those who require it and a high quality work experience placement.
Are you eligible for a Traineeship? You must be aged 16-24 and never done a traineeship before to be eligible for the funding. Do you need some help with your Functional skills (Maths or English)? Then a Traineeship is perfect for you.
You are eligible if you are you aged 16-24? Or 19-24 with an EHC plan? You are also eligible if you are 16-24 yrs old, and would be fully funded if any of the following apply:
- Unemployed and in receipt of any benefits- A traineeship will not effect your benefits, notification can be given to your work coach and you will be allowed by your work coach the time to complete your training and work experience. For the entire duration of the Traineeship
- Level 3 or below prior attainment
You will be ready for an apprenticeship following training and support of traineeship. Intec Business Colleges have their own recruitment Team for Apprenticeships. Upon successful completion of your Traineeship Intec will work with you closely and look for any opportunities within your area and chosen vocation.
Note: However if you have a L4 qualification or above then this is classed as a prior attainment and unfortunately you do not qualify for a Traineeship.

After successful completion of the Traineeship course, you will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of reference as a minimum, to support future job applications.
We work with a number of startups so trainees may be able to work with other ventures.
A £500 payment is paid to the Trainee upon successful completion of your associated qualification and the required virtual work experience hours.
You must have access to a smart phone. Sim cards (if required) will be provided. All work experience and qualification training will be done virtually so access to a PC/Laptop is essential.
