Description of Opportunity
The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following:
ensure all assemblies made are to specification and safe to be used.
out the required testing procedures in compliance with the company quality and
relevant standards, complete test certificates.
stocked component into finished assemblies complying with prescribed works
instructions and work schedules.
accurately cut hose to the measured length required, recording short length
pick and pack customer orders following standard procedures in an accurate and
ensure the accurate put away of product to the correct storage location.
receive and book in goods following prescribed procedures, ensuring correct
delivery quantities and products.
ensure the working environment is kept tidy & presentable for H&S
purposes and customer visits.
follow all mandatory H&S requirements, guidelines & recommendations to
ensure a safe working environment all times.

- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• A proven ability to communicate effectively within a team
- No qualifications are required for this role. GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths is desirable, but not essential.
Level 2 Apprenticeship in Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to show drive and initiative
- Ability to establish trust
- Able to meet customer needs
- Able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
For the right candidate, there is the potential to secure a full time, permanent position within the company, upon completion of the Apprenticeship.
This role is only suitable for applicants over the age of 18 due to the use of heavy machinery
