Are those values important to you?

You will never be bored, as not one day is the same. The duties varied and all our 35 residents are individuals. Duties may include some support and personal care needs, as well as taking part in a wide range of special interests and activities, trips out, social occasions and crafts.

Our staff and residents have a healthy banter going on and the atmosphere is informal and happy.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist residents with basic hygiene activities
  • observing, monitoring and recording conditions by taking temperatures, respirations and weight
  • Assisting with clinical duties and infection prevention and control
  • feeding and food preparation
  • personal hygiene
  • overall reassurance
  • comfort and safety
  • Communication with the residents, relatives and other careers
  • Committing to quality and being the best you can
  • Providing excellent care and support to all our residents
  • Showing dignity and respect to the people they will be working with
  • Working well within and as a part of our team

No previous experience or qualifications required. WE will help you to become an excellent care worker and achieve all you want to achieve.

GCSE passes in English and maths preferred but not essential as Functional Skills can be completed.
