We are a team of equestrian enthusiasts dedicated to providing the best levels of horse care with our livery packages, horsemanship, tuition and stallions standing at Stud.
We constantly strive to find the best route for each individual be that horse or human! using classical and modern training principles, underpinning our bespoke livery and training packages. Mark Walters Equestrian is not a new venture, though it has seen some new beginnings.
A fantastic new home, a renewed focus and lots of exciting new partnerships, and they would like you to be one of them! Mark and the team have strong core values both personally and professionally and they want to work and collaborate with like-minded equestrian enthusiasts who have a passion for learning, are open minded and do not judge, but rather look at the whole picture in a holistic way to achieve personal goals.
The horses wellbeing is paramount and the right candidate will be aligned with this view ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard in a timely manner and that the horses welfare comes first and foremost.
There will be riding available for the right person and you will work with up to 38 horses.

Some equine experience would be beneficial
GCSE Level 4/ Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent.
Call Haddon Training to discuss if not yet achieved - Must be able to work towards Level 1 or higher in Functional Skills Maths and English
Full training supported by Haddon Training
Hard working, willing to learn, team player
Possibility of level 3 senior groom apprenticeship on completion of level 2
