Description of Opportunity
WAGE ADVERTISED IS FOR 16-17 YEAR OLDS MINIMUM WAGE FOR AGE.
30 to 35 HOURS PER WEEK
SUPERVISOR APPRENTICESHIP DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE AT LEVEL 3.
As a team member you would start the day preparing the shop for service – this can be either by preparing the counter with stock and products for the day ahead or by preparing the foods in the kitchen – this will vary and full training will be given in both areas. Customer service will then follow with assisting our customers with their purchase using skills learnt on the job.
Supervisors will lead the team by example showing a caring attitude and willing to teach their team new skills, whilst learning and developing their own skills on the job. Cashing up and loading meat products are additional tasks which supervisors will do. As a supervisor you will be expected to assist the management in excelling the business, you will become a brand Ambassador for The York Roast Co.
Free Food on Shift
Shift times vary but earliest start 8.30am, latest finish 2.30am (not one shift) always split into early or late
