Description of Opportunity

You will prepare cook and present dishes within your designated section

Monitor portion and waste control

Train any commis chefs working with you,

work with the head chef and sous chef to develop new menus and ensure the high levels of food hygiene are maintained.

Being a Chef de Partie can mean working at a fast pace when the restaurant is full.

You will be active during your shift for at least 8 hours a day and will need to be able to take direction from a busy chef.

A passion for food, willingness to learn and excellent listening skills are key attributes for a Chef de Partie

GCSE maths and English at grade 4/C 9/4 or above or equivalent desired however not required.
