Responsibilities:
You’ll be supporting our Highways team as a Communications Assistant
Apprentice in a variety of ways, including:
Utilising various IT packages,
assisting with their communication plan, maintain records and files ensuring
that they are stored in the correct manner as well as providing a high level of
customer service.
At the same time, you will also study for a Level 3 Customer
Service qualification with support from our experienced teams – giving you the
practical skills and expertise to excel in your career.
