Description of Opportunity
£400 - £450 per week plus service charge
Manage everyday running of the kitchen with support from Head Chef. Knowledge of food hygiene essential. 6months to 1year kitchen work experience required. 1 person operation and will have to do duties of cleaning and washing up.
Other duties to include but not limited to
o food preparation in line with menu.
o Following HACCP and maintaining a hygienic environment
o Maintaining FCA guidelines in the kitchen
o Cooking, plating and sending food on order.
o Weekly order to head chef.
o Cleaning and washing up.
