Description of Opportunity
This opportunity will allow you to gain experience over a huge range diverse range of duties including:
comparison with transport company’s boxes/pallets ensuring best rates
best and cheapest method of transport when scanning orders (48hr etc.)
couriers where required
with production on large orders allowing time to price comparison transport
companies for groupage etc
all transport invoices, querying any discrepancies/chasing credits/claims.
on export orders and transport
up for in-putting of M4 orders
consignments onto transport system
transport invoices onto transport spreadsheet
sales orders and sales order amendments onto the system, maintaining a high
standard of accuracy in coding and pricing
sales team by answering customer telephone calls as required
Produce delivery notes and place into system for despatch as required
invoicing receive and check completed sales delivery notes and review sales order
book for pricing anomalies

City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma for Business Administrator
