Description of Opportunity

wage advertised is based on 18+ applicant only, minimum wage for age paid.

The successful candidate will be learning more about how the hotel runs and front of house duties, you will work in the front office and focus on areas of reception including meeting and greeting guests and all aspects of customer service as well as working in the back office of reception and learning more about our booking in systems and maintaining the database. You will also work in the bar and restaurant and develop restaurant training, customer service and understanding more about our menu and experience of working within this department of the hotel.

In time we are looking for you to take on more responsibility and work closely with the management team to develop your knowledge and understanding of the business and how the management teamwork.

Hours will vary day to day and meals whilst on the shift will be included.
