Description
To receive, manage and record I.T help desk requests
received either by telephone, email or raised internally.
Basic installation, configuration and support of I.T
equipment (pc, laptop, printers etc)
To create/complete daily, weekly & monthly reports
gathering information from various resources.
Create, monitor, respond and manage support tickets on
an incident management system.
Work as a team member, providing support to
colleagues as and when required.
To support the IT and Operations Support Manager in
the development of technological devised and
improvement of IT systems.
Any other duties required by the role as directed by the
IT and Operations Support Manager or Senior
Management Team.
Working week: 37.5 hrs Per Week over 5 out of 7 days
Have access to a vehicle and is mobile.
Clear DBS clearance.
