Learning Skills Partnership is a training provider based in Hessle. We deliver apprenticeships in Construction and Automotive across the country and could be the opportunity you are looking for. We are looking to recruit a new member to our very busy recruitment team and as a training provider, we specialise in developing people’s skills and confidence helping them progress in their career.

The successful candidate will undertake a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service and will receive on the job training both from one of our qualified tutors and also from the other members of the recruitment team.

What will you be doing?

The Recruitment Team are always busy with a high volume of vacancies to work on at any one time. The nature of the role means that the successful candidate must be organised and be able to prioritise their work as well as being comfortable on the phone as a lot of time is spent talking to candidates.

  • To advertise training opportunities in a timely and appropriate way
  • To contact eligible individuals and promote apprenticeship vacancies in order to increase numbers of candidates
  • To support the Recruitment Team to organise, co-ordinate and resource recruitment and selection events and ensure applicants meet the regulatory requirements of funding
  • To support the Recruitment Team to assist prospective new learners through the application process acting as a key contact with successful applicants ensuring they are aware of the employers’ requirements
  • To input data into Management Information systems to enable the tracking and measurement of recruitment numbers
  • To participate in meetings and team activities
  • To ensure all learner and employer information is collated, inputted and stored in accordance with Data Protection regulations


The office is located is on Livingstone Road in Hessle (not far from Hessle foreshore). A great location as there a plenty of places to spend your lunch break such as Hessle Square with various sandwich options, MacDonald’s or Sainsbury’s for something healthier as well as many other cafes and shops.

Ideally you will have GCSE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade 4 (C) or above however this isn’t essential as we can support the successful candidate in achieving these.

Level 2 Diploma in Customer service plus Functional Skills and Technical Certificate if appropriate.

This apprenticeship programme is delivered with a blended learning approach and includes a mixture of onsite tutor visits and online tutor led sessions. All delivery is completed in the workplace and you will not need to attend any off-site training.

The successful candidate has the opportunity to become a full time permanent member of the team and will also be involved in further training opportunities.
