Description

We are particularly looking for someone who has a positive attitude, thrives in a customer facing role and understands the necessity for accountability. Due to the nature of our business it is essential that the successful candidate would like to train to become a coach for ridden and non-ridden sessions. We are looking for someone to do a L3 qualification, and that wants to learn to become a riding instructor in the future.

We are particularly looking for someone who has a positive attitude, thrives in a customer facing role and understands the necessity for accountability.

General duties to include;

  • Mucking out
  • Turning out/bringing in
  • Tack cleaning
  • Tacking up
  • Feeding
  • Filling hay nets
  • Grooming
  • Bathing
  • Rug changing
  • Riding
  • First aid
  • Exercising horses from the ground (lunging, agility, horsemanship etc.)
  • Holding for vet/farrier/dentist
  • Leading in lessons

Basic experience with horses is essential
GCSE Level 4/ Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent.

Successful candidate will have a positive attitude and will be keen to succeed within the equine industry
