Based in Camden, North London, PC-Mac Support is perfectly positioned to provide professional IT support and consultancy services to 100’s of clients all over London.



Overview:



The apprentice will work as part of a 4 man team delivering all aspects of IT services via phone, email, chat and remote tools to existing external clients.



Main responsibilities:





  • Provide an exceptional client experience by maintaining an outstanding level of communication and client relationship management with all stakeholders and suppliers


  • Build, configure and install hardware and software devices and services to meet client’s needs


  • Diagnose and remediate hardware and software issues using provided tools and following standard methodologies and best practice


  • Administer cloud based accounts and services as required


  • Record their activities and time into provided professional services automation tools


  • Assist with general office administration duties, such as goods in, asset management, equipment disposals, ordering equipment, liaising with suppliers and arranging couriers.


  • Attend client premises to assist with moves & changes, setup & install equipment and diagnose problems that cannot be resolved remotely.

Entry requirements:



You need to have 5 GCSE’s:





  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above


  • 3x GCSE’s grade A-C in any other subject




You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.



Working week:



5 days, 9:00am - 6:00pm / 40hrs



Future prospects



If the apprentice is successful in completing the apprenticeship, a full time position may be offered.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.



To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
