Description of Opportunity

· Support the coordination of lots of interviews

· Respond to queries from candidates, this could be over the phone or via email

· Help make the onboarding experience a great one for all our new starters

· Update trackers and systems so we always know the status of each vacancy

· Assist with offer administration, such as offer letters and contracts

· Shadow the wider the HR team, helping on ad-hoc tasks as needed

· Completing a CIPD Level 3 Qualification

Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 HR Support. There will be a series of workshops throughout the programme and learning will also take place in the workplace. If you need to complete Functional Skills, you will be required to attend College once a week for at least the first 3 months. Apprentices without Maths or English at level 2 must achieve this before their end point assessment.

You will be able to progress to a career in in house recruitment or could broaden in to other areas of HR such as Learning and Development, HR Business Partner or reward.
This role will be busy, spending lots of time at the computer, on the phone talking to candidates, there will be peaks of pressure as we have a very busy recruitment plan, but there will be lots of support from all the team
