Description of Opportunity

The group has already been started and multiple businesses have been acquired, so from day 1, candidates will be able to observe the whole structure from multiple levels of completion, from working on already acquired businesses to constructing the foundations for new deals. The successful applicant will gain a high level of understanding for both business management and acquisition, being directly involved with multiple businesses from the first point of interaction at the highest level, through the deal and maturation stages, all the way through to the eventual exit. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Identifying potential new acquisitions Sending marketing material to attract the attention of identified businesses Answering inbound calls Leasing with potential clients and contacts within acquired businesses Booking and maintaining appointments Meeting with clients at multiple stages of the deal Documenting all points of contact Maintaining a database of all deals/acquisitions The successful candidate will be good at communicating and working as part of a team. They are looking for candidates who are willing to go above and beyond in the call of duty to make themselves indispensable to their growing business.

Knowledge of workload tools like Trello Proficient in using the Microsoft office suite (Primarily; Word and Excel) Able to construct and maintain a database Good timekeeping skills and ability to stick to a tight schedule
Desired qualifications include English and Maths at GCSE grade C or 4 and above (or the equivalent).
The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitudeAs an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3On successful completion, you will receive: Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required) Level 3 in Business Administration
Good problem solving capabilities Computer Literate Works well as part of a team or independently Good writing/typing skills Must be able to adhere to the restrictions of NDAs when signed Good communication skills (Both Verbal and Written)
As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you'll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English and Maths Functional Skills Level 2. The company will also aim to offer the apprentice a permanent role at the end of the training (subject to successfully completing course and objectives).
