Description of Opportunity

Learn and understand how to carry out the basic functions in every section of the kitchen. Customer facing, inc Taking orders and money, keeping a record on what stock needs ordering. Help with outside catering functions, Weddings etc, mainly hog roasts, this will be carving and serving. Participate in washing up and cleaning of the Cafe; working in a safe and hygienic manner.

  • Basic culinary skills such as knife skills, knowledge of different ingredients and cooking equipment

Level 4/C or above in GCSE Maths & English.

If you do not have these qualifications, our team will support you to achieve them alongside your apprenticeship.
