This is an exciting new role where you will be working within a well-established internal marketing team to deliver the very ambitious growth targets of the business.



Innova Care Concepts specialises in providing healthcare equipment for a wide range of sectors that are designed to help our end clients make the best of their lives, whether that’s in a Hospital, Hospice, at home, or in the local community. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our evolving Communications & Marketing team.



Job overview:



You’ll need a passion for learning and developing new approaches, working with the Marketing Executive to execute the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.



The primary role is to research, create, distribute, and optimise content including:





  • Creating graphics


  • Photography/Filming


  • Blog posts and product page copy


  • Case studies


  • Press releases


  • Brochure and flyers


  • Social media


  • Email marketing


  • Guides, eBooks, and other literature




Required skills/experience:





  • Experience in content writing.


  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud software (including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) is desirable.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Excellent time management, able to work on multiple projects at the same time.


  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously towards team goals.


  • Ability to adjust content accordingly to suit company brand, target market style, and target market type.


  • Display creativity to generate engaging graphics and images.


  • Experience with social media channels is desirable.


  • Other qualities would be an advantage:


  • Familiarity with WordPress and Mailchimp would be an advantage.


  • Fast learner with the ability to pick up new tools and software quickly.

  • Possess self-confidence and a positive attitude.




Entry requirements:



You need to have 5 GCSE’s





  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above


  • 3x GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject




You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications. Find out more here. 



Salary:



You will be paid £192.31 - £230.77 per week whilst in your apprenticeship



Perks and benefits:



The role is based at our office in Wetherby. You will be entitled to 33 days of holiday a year, including 8 public holidays.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.



To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
