Description
The successful candidate will be a caring

required to support and challenge all our learners. You will strive to remain
up to date with current practice and be committed to the belief that every
child can and will succeed. A key part of this role will be undertaking
intervention work, including Maths, Reading and ensuring the welfare and wellbeing
of our children. It is essential that you are able to follow and adapt planning
to meet individual needs, assess outcomes and acknowledge next steps in
partnership with the class teacher.

expectations and a range of strategies in positive behaviour management.
