Description of Opportunity

The Duck & Bean is a small, family run business based in Tiverton town centre. We run a locally sourced menu which changes with the seasons. Having recently opened Friday and Saturday evenings, this also gives the opportunity to prepare, cook and serve a wide range of different meals, from breakfast to dinners.

You will gain an understanding of an independent busy work environment, an appreciation for small independent producers, quality ingredients and ethical produce, seasonality in food, and most importantly flavour.

Daily Duties include:

  • maintaining a clean kitchen
  • Assisting the chef with service
  • Prepping breakfast and lunch
  • Baking
