Job Description:

- Provide overall admin support to all staff in a friendly environment

- Meeting and greeting customers

- Completion of general office duties

- Answering incoming calls and dealing with initial enquiries

- Making client calls

- Servicing trade counter window and picking small orders from Grotto

- Scanning test certificates

- General house keeping such as keeping work area clean and keeping office safe to work in

- Any other related duties
