What will you be doing?
be the first point of call for all customers by answering incoming calls,
inputting jobs into the taxi booking system to meet the customers
transportation needs, often taking initiative and problem solving due to lone
working. Convey a high profile of the company by offering quality customer
service. This position requires determination, control, multi-tasking, problem
solving, honesty and organisational skills. as you will be managing the office
you are located in, with the support and guidance of the remote Team leader /

- Key Responsibilities
- To answer
the telephone in a polite and appropriate manner.
- To take
customers booking accurately. Ensuring correct time, date, and pick-up point
- To ensure
airport and return bookings have all required information
customers are given a correct estimated time as given by the Shift Supervisors.
