Description

I run an equine therapy centre from the yard, providing high impact equine-assisted programmes for those struggling with mental health and well-being.

The apprentice will need to be able to muck out, turn in an out, prepare horses for work, feeding and making up hay nets, assisting vet/farrier visits.

You will be able to ride with me so a willingness to learn natural horsemanship skills is essential.

Assisting with therapy sessions may be required to help hold horses or build obstacle courses.

Some experience with horses is desired
GCSE Level 4/ Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent.

Passionate about horses, a willingness to learn new skills and reliable
