Main
objectives of the post holder: To meet the needs of the
children in terms of care, learning and play.
Main
activities of the post holder:

To
meet the needs of the children, to play, talk and listen to them and interact
in a positive way at all times.
·
To
meet the needs of the children in relation to welfare; feeding, hygiene,
toileting and dressing.
·
To
be familiar with the content of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
·
To
work within settings policies and procedures.
·
To
attend staff meetings and training as advised by the manager.
·
To
take care for their own and other peoples health and safety. To ensure good
standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
·
To
advise the manager of any concerns over practice.

Knowledge
of the Early Years Foundation Stage - Desirable
