No specific qualificatons required however you will be enrolled onto a traineeship to gain the employability skills needed for the position.


Maths and English also needed if you do not have these then you will also be enrolled onto functional skills Maths and/or English with our training provider.

Training will be provided by various qualified and experienced members of staff.

A young person who is keen to learn that understands that they are not sure what it takes to be in a working environment. A young person who wants to learn, and somebody who recognises they will have skills and knowledge gaps and is willing to work with us and the employer to bridge those.

By the end of the programme, you will be able to:

• Having awareness of safety and health issues.

• Being able to work alone

· Answer the phones

· Book tables and hotel rooms

· Understand all procedures
