Your day to day activities will be variable and may include:
- Deliver a great level of customer service to ensure the customer enjoys a memorable shopping experience and can’t wait to return
- Contribute to the achievement of store targets and goals (also known as KPI’s)
- Deliver on deadlines, always striving for BEST
- Work on own initiative to contribute to the store’s success
- Take a pro-active approach in getting to know the product and collections, and consistently continue to build on knowledge and expertise, to share with the customer
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and visual standards in store
- Showcase excellent communication skills, with the customer, colleagues and senior management
- Be reliable, timely and well presented
- Work in line with all Health and Safety and Security measures at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures
