You will be tasked with ensuring that members are able to access the gym, as well as being on hand to answer any questions and solve a wide range of possible issues as they could arise. You will be tasked with taking prospective clients around the gym on tours, whilst creating a bespoke experience that is suited to their needs and requirements. You will take phone calls and respond to emails in a professional, polite, and calm manner that best represents U7. Further to this, you will engage with the management team to assist in the production of fitness-related content for our marketing and advertising channels (social media, email, etc.), as well as provide your valued insight into how U7 can continue its development and progress.

Fitness classes and group exercise: You will be tasked with leading a range of fitness classes to our membership base with the support of our management team. Overtime, you will be tasked with developing your own professional group exercise sessions and classes using the important knowledge and real-world experience that you have gained.
