Description

  • Identify opportunities from download leads based on an understanding of campaign activity to gain initial interest and develop the lead into a fully qualified sales lead.
  • Collate and Analyse lead data into usable campaign and prospecting lists.
  • Support and manage events including analysing attendance data and following up on opportunities
  • Source, identify and collate vacancies whereby we can provide our recruitment service
  • Make outbound sales calls to generate new qualified leads, to be passed to a Business Development Manager
  • To book appointments for sales for designated campaign activity to progress contacts through the sales process.
  • Support the business by ensuring that excellent and professional customer service is provided Responsibilities:
  • Formulation, planning, management and execution of new business sales campaigns to achieve the sales targets
  • Identify valuable emerging markets, clients or product opportunities
  • Accurately forecasting sales and forming sales plans to achieve targets
  • To accurately record information/extract data and analyse information to be able to effectively pass leads to academy sales
  • Provide advice, guidance and direction to collateral creation and marketing campaigns
  • Promote Kaplan at networking events, and client/student conferences when deemed an appropriate business development opportunity
  • Develop links with appropriate employer/professional bodies to promote Kaplan activities Insight gathering:
  • Gather competitor intelligence in a structured manner through interactions with clients/ prospective clients and networking opportunities
  • Sponsor product and service innovation based on client feedback (internal liaison with Commercial Managers, Marketing, Client Services, and Product) You’ll also carry out other duties, within the broad scope and spirit of your role, as requested by your manager. Data Analysis L4

The Data Analyst apprenticeship equips individuals with the ability to ascertain how data can be used in order to answer questions and solve problems. Apprentices will learn the process for requirement-gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modelling data with the goal of discovering useful information, informing conclusions and supporting decision-making.

Apprentices will need to complete all their training modules to cover the knowledge required in the apprenticeship standard and to be fully prepared for the end-point assessments.

All modules consist of online self-paced learning and a live training component. These components are linked to work-based projects that the learner completes to support them in building competencies and their portfolio.

Training will be delivered through our flexible live online classes. The following training modules are completed by apprentices on this standard:

  • Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate

  • Data and Visualisation using Tableau and Power BI

  • Data Analysis and Statistics

  • SQL and Data Modelling

  • Data Challenge

The Apprenticeship standard details the essential Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours that somebody would need to demonstrate to be successful in this job role, this includes practising continuous self-learning to keep up to date with technological developments. Apprentices will need to show they are competent in all the areas detailed in the standard when they take End Point Assessment

Business Analyst Apprenticeship Level 4 - 18 Months

The Business Analyst apprenticeship equips individuals with the ability to understand the needs of stakeholders and how these can be met through business change and digital solutions. Business Analysts are solution professionals that help organisations deliver business and digital change successfully. This apprenticeship provides the skills and knowledge they need to determine and present technology solutions that deliver business improvement and benefits.

Business analysis exists in almost every sector, from not-for-profit organisations through to retail and the financial services. It’s fast-paced and collaborative, and Business Analyst professionals can take lead roles in successful change delivery.

A common area of focus for the Business Analyst role is to model business processes and to facilitate, coordinate and document requirements for the proposed business and IT changes. Business Analysts will determine and present solutions of how technology can be used to deliver business improvements, and support business acceptance to ensure that the proposed solution meets the defined requirements.
