Description of Opportunity

A typical day

  • Learn campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across all popular platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, DV360, Bing Ads etc.
  • Understand the campaign auditing process
  • Create media plans and learn how to do forecasts
  • Learn to identify and create the right audiences using the company’s best practices
  • Support Paid Media team across all functions
  • Learn how to research and book media with publishers
  • Proactively find innovative ways to boost campaign performance
  • Understand how to evaluate the copy within an Ad based on the campaign strategy
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners
  • Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing
  • Become an expert within Paid Media, specialising in either Search, Paid Social or Display.

1. Training on the 15 month Standard Level 3 Digital Marketing (DM3) apprenticeship.2. What you need to bring:• A curious mind and a desire to learn and develop• Strong attention to detail• A can-do attitude and problem-solving mentality• Ability to prioritise tasks• Able to develop & learn new processes• Good GCSE’s in English and Maths• Good understanding of MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive) and/or Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive)
After your Digital Marketing apprenticeship progress into a full-time Junior, Specialist, Executive or Associate in: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications & PR, Data & Insights Analysis, SEO, PPC, Content Management or Writing.
