Description
You’ll
be providing excellent food and drink service, upselling our products to the
best of your ability and preparing the tables ready for our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To deal with customer enquiries, queries and complaints immediately and in accordance with Company guidelines elevating difficult cases to the Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader. If both are absent, contact the Customer Service Manager or Manager on Duty.
2. To complete all tasks listed on check sheets
3. To comply with all relevant current statutory regulations e.g. Food Hygiene, Allergen Information, Licensing Laws, Gaming, Weights and Measures, Trades Descriptions etc.
4. To be efficient, pleasant and courteous at all times with customers
5. To carry out other duties as instructed by management including assisting other departments and other venues
