Description

As a chef apprentice, we will take you through the different menus and help you master your cooking skills. You will assist the chefs with food preparation, menu development and the presentation of dishes.

As a member of a family run hotel, you'll work with a tight-knit team, in fast paced and busy kitchen. You will learn everything from preparing and serving breakfast, to an afternoon tea for two, through to the work involved in catering for 100 guests.

Other responsibilities will include:

Food preparation

Accepting and storing deliveries

Stock rotation

Daily and weekly cleaning

- 16-17 years old - £4.62 an hour

- 18-20 years old - £6.56 an hour

- 21-22 years old - £8.36 an hour

- 23+ years old - £8.91 an hour
