Description
Main Duties:
Assist with online enquiries for
new & existing clients including bookings, amendments & cancellations
Provide our clients with the
highest levels of customer service at all times to ISO9001 standards
- Ensure all 3rd party payment
forms are completed and sent to the relevant hotels
- Phone all hotels for our CIP
clients to check payment information is correct and has been received
- Action any payment failures, on
request bookings
- Adding & Amending online
profiles in our Online booking portals
- Assist onboarding in escalating
support/technical queries to suppliers (SABS/Atriis)
- Collate details of system
issues/client feedback and forward to onboarding
- Liaise with onboarding on
progress of any client queries and keep the client/team updated
- Work closely with onboarding to
understand the processes involved in the Online booking portal
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as
necessary, and undertake any other reasonable duties/responsibilities as
requested by your reporting line manager in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure client and company
confidentiality at all times, as well as full compliance with GDPR regulations
- Attend any necessary training courses
to ensure professional and personal development in the role

As this is
a junior position, previous travel experience is not required and comprehensive
training and support will be provided, however the successful applicant should
be:
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating a pro-active response to client
servicing at all times
- Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task under pressure
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A
good understanding of English (written and verbal
- Proficient in using a computer
A minimum of 5 x GCSE at A-C/9-4 including maths and English
Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 functional skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Option for full time contracted
employment once trained
Working Week: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm
Annual Salary: £11,000
