Description of Opportunity

The learner will support and deliver service to our guests in the restaurant, at the bar and in the events rooms. Working 5 days a week, 40 hours. Shift pattern may vary from 7 am to 00.00 (according to the age).

Tasks will include:

· Greet guests, take orders and serve food

· Answer all queries about the menu and the drinks and make suggestions

· Be accountable for guest’s requirements and food allergies

· Follow health and safety and hygiene procedures

· Set up the dining areas

· Make sure that all areas are cleaned and well presented

· Make sure that all the equipment is clean and well maintained

· Process charges and payments

· Effectively communicate with the supervisor
