Description of Opportunity
At the Hare and Hounds, you will be treated as you would expect: kindly and fairly whilst your development grows….
You will be working 4 day weeks with a maximum of 40 hours per week and have an excellent starting salary package improving as you do. You'll also be included in our gratuity scheme and be legible for .5.6 weeks holiday a year, and a free meal on duty!
You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting in the food preparation
- Cooking and preparing elements of
high quality dishes
- Preparing vegetables, meats and
- Assisting other Chefs
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting with stock rotation
- Contributing to maintaining
kitchen and food safety standards.

No previous experience is required, but a passion for cooking and working with fresh ingredients and produce is essential!
None, but some GCSEs may be desirable.
Either Commis Chef or Production Chef training will be provided, but this would depend on
the applicant and their current levels of Skills and Knowledge.
