Description
The main apprenticeship duties will cover the following areas:
- Purchase ledger invoices input and
reconciliation
- Credit Card invoice input and reconciliation
- Customer Services calls and administration
- Client system updates on job progression
- Filing of purchase ledge invoices
- Aged Debt Reports
- Management Information Reports

- Effective communication skills with customers and all
members of staff
- Organisational skills to plan workload
- Timekeeping to ensure prompt attendance and meeting
deadlines
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office
There are no formal qualifications required but a reasonable
standard of English and Mathematics is preferred.
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
- There will also be the chance to obtain Functional Skills in Mathematics and English if required
- Desire to follow a career in either accountancy or business
administration
- Able to work as part of a friendly team
- Presentable and professional
- Proactive nature to want to be involved in creating
improvements and working in a successful team
- Customer service experience (not essential)
There is potential for the role to develop into a full time
permanent position, upon successful apprenticeship. Hard work and a positive attitude would allow
the position to become an important position within the administration
functions.
