Description

Duties and Responsibilities for this apprenticeship will include:

  • Providing information and technical guidance to customers on our products in order to meet the customer’s needs
  • Deal with enquiries or complaints from internal and external customers
  • Work flexibly within a cross functional team to ensure smooth delivery, communication and administration
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Keeping e-commerce platforms up to date with products, prices, images etc.
  • Other general administrative duties within the office to aid the smooth running of the Department

Our Microsoft partnered training provider, delivers a high quality of training through Skype calls and one-to-one sessions within the workplace

  • Ability to listen to instructions and provide suggestions on effective working
  • Personable, friendly, able to make others feels at ease
