Description
Member of the Bank’s Compliance Monitoring function,
ensuring that there is appropriate and robust second-line oversight for the
Group.
To support the delivery of the annual Compliance
Monitoring Plan by undertaking a programme of transactional oversight
activities and, where required, assist Compliance Monitoring Managers in the
completion of thematic reviews.
To provide administrative support in the collation
and distribution of Compliance Monitoring management information and reporting.
To champion the Bank’s culture of delivering fair
customer outcomes.
Candidates will be expected to -

standards and regulatory requirements

Compliance Risk Officer Apprenticeship Level 3
This standard is likely to suit somebody working in a risk or compliance function of an organization, providing relatively straightforward support and advice, supporting on audits/reviews or working on specific problems as they arise.
Sound knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures will be required. The role might cover compliance or risk functions, or be a blend of both, depending on the organisation.
The Apprenticeship standard details the essential Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours that somebody would need to demonstrate to be successful in this job role, this includes, Problem Solving, Teamwork and Communicating and Influencing. Apprentices will need to show they are competent in all the areas detailed in the standard when they take End Point Assessment (see below).
The Knowledge areas of the standard will typically be covered through completion of their qualification. Skills and Behaviours are developed through workshops, e-learning, workplace training and practical experience provided ‘on-the-job’.
