Duties include: Working with the front of house team, general food service duties including Barista work, waiting on tables, clearing tables, general cleaning, cash handling and using the till. We are open Wednesday – Sunday, and the shifts work on a rota basis with day time and evening work.

Health & safety legislation, Food Hygiene training, Barista training, all aspects of food service and customer service. Functional skills in maths and English if needed.

This position will give the apprentice the skills they need to pursue a career in hospitality and catering. For the right candidate there may be opportunities within our business to take on full time roles.
