Description
Duties include: working alongside the head chef to prepare and create the fresh food menu. General Kitchen duties including food prep, stock organisation, washing up, adhering to all food, health, safety and hygiene legislations. We are open Wednesday – Sunday, and the shifts work on a rota basis with day time and evening work.

Knife skills, health & safety legislation, Food Hygiene training, menu writing, food preparation and recipes. Functional Skills in maths and English if needed.
