The aim of the apprenticeship is to give the successful
candidate a strong grounding in, and understanding of, a sales environment. We
will also provide experience in understanding the workings of a general office
environment. The main duties include:

Direct involvement in the end-to-end sales
process from initial contact with the customer through to the successful
placement of orders and invoicing. This involves:
o
Taking customer calls
o
Responding to customer e-mails
o
Answering customer enquiries quickly and
efficiently
o
Following up on customer quotes and enquiries
·
Understanding how leads are generated in a sales
environment by providing administration support to our Internal Sales Team
·
General office duties such as filing, data
entry, maintaining accuracy of the data contained within our internal sales
systems
·
Assisting Managing Director with business admin,
gaining direct exposure and experience of running a multi-national business
