Description
We have a vacancy for an apprentice administrator to join our dynamic team to work in our very busy administration department at our Worcester Mercedes-Benz centre.
The day to day job role will cover all aspects of administration to include;
Daily banking
Creating & amending customer details & vehicle records
Daily reporting extracts then emailing to senior management team
Entering, extracting and co ordinating various Mercedes-Benz online portals
Working alone side the management team across the division for updates
Data cleansing
Daily post – stationary ordering
Training on Kerridge – CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) - DMS systems
- To comply with the Health & Safety policy and good practices
- To promote safe working practices
- To participate in regular staff meetings/events and training
- To adhere to the company's policies and procedures
As an apprentice you will be included on a L3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard with Babcock Training. This will involve one to one training with a Regional Trainer who will meet with you on a regular basis.

Apprenticeship standards L3 Business AdministratorApprenticeship standards are aimed at developing skills within the Apprentices chosen career route, each standard has set knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful within the job role. This will include the completion of functional skills in Maths and English.Once the apprentice has completed a minimum of 12 months training and the employer and Babcock regional trainer confirm they have met all the requirements of the standard they will be put through to end point assessment.
