Description
Administrative duties, to
include but not limited to:
·
Reception to include
answering telephones and dealing with face to face enquiries,
keep reception area tidy, make appointments where appropriate
·
Using a case management
system Undertake photocopying tasks.
·
Prepare post for dispatch.
·
Ensure cash/cheque(s) are paid into bank
as and when required.
·
Ensure sufficient supplies of stationery
and tea/coffee.
·
To administer filing which will include
daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
·
To prepare the Conference Room for
meetings as necessary.
·
